    • Design Considerations for Foundations.

  • Foundation Plans will include a basement, crawlspace, or slab depending on what is available for the home plan.

  • Reflecting Ceiling Plans: Shows the ceiling plans, installation heights, material, and construction details specifications. 

  • Roof Plan: Show a roof layout, shapes, slopes, and type of roof with material details and specifications.
